Christine Kammerer is a Danish-born, Scotland-based artist specializing in cross-cultural symphonic folk fusion. As a singer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist with a background in Musicology and Comparative Cultural Studies, she creates immersive music projects that explore intercultural connections – especially between Scandinavian and Scottish heritage.

She is known for:

  • Viking-Themed Projects: Including Jotunger: A Viking Feast & Musical Experience, blending music, storytelling, and history, and her work as a specialist in Viking Age music.
  • Choral and Symphonic Fusion: Leading projects like Threads of Life (a Scottish-Scandinavian choir) and Echoes of North (an album fusing Nordic and Celtic tonalities).
  • Musical Whisky Experiences: Co-founder of the acclaimed Whisky & Witches show, and creator of bespoke musical whisky tastings and brand activations for distilleries and festivals across Europe.
